About CRI

At Campus Recreation and Intramurals (CRI), we support students in living a balanced and healthy lifestyle through our nine recreational areas: Aquatics Center, Club Sports, Fitness Program, Golf Course, Informal Recreation, Intramural Sports, Southern Adventures, Shooting Sports Education Center, and the University Wellness Program. Through these program areas, students are exposed to diverse activities that fit everyone’s lifestyle- from climbing to nutrition to intramurals to group fitness classes- we have it all.

Along with the many diverse areas of recreation our facility offers students with multiple opportunities for recreation as well. Inside the Recreation Activity Center we have free weights and machine weights, a cardio deck, and group fitness rooms; 8 multi-use courts for volleyball, basketball, and indoor soccer; 3 racquetball courts; 3 multipurpose rooms for dance and martial arts; 45-foot climbing wall and bouldering cave; the Southern Adventures center; a 25yd x 25m indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, and 1m and 3m diving boards. Outside the building there is an outdoor leisure pool and whirlpool; sand volleyball courts; club sports fields for softball, soccer, flag football, lacrosse, and rugby; and a low and high challenge course. The Golf Course is 18 holes on 167 acres with 30 driving range stations, practice greens for chipping and putting, and a 8,000 sq.ft. clubhouse. The Shooting Sports Education Center will have a 30,000 sq.ft. indoor archery center and firing range, and a 20 acre outdoor archery park.

Here at CRI we pride ourselves on providing you, the students, with the cleanest, safest, highest quality, most dependable, and most enjoyable facility and experiences possible!
