This week is WELLNESS WEEK! Ok, I may be more excited than you are right now, but let me tell you why. Wellness Week is a week filled with fun activities that each focus on a different aspect of Wellness. These events and activities take place throughout the week at different times, so there is a variety to choose from to participate in. The best part is…….it’s FREE!
Let me break down the events that I am most excited about by the dimension of wellness it represents.
The Counseling and Career Development Center will be facilitating the Clothesline Project at the Russell Union on Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The project allows students to fight violence against women by creating a shirt. It is encouraged that victims make shirts as well as shirts in memory of victims.

Recognize and celebrate the ability to help sustain our planet!
Whether it is a conflict with a friend, or an employee at work, it is important to manage the situation.
